This module allows you to create a list of real-time calls for statistical purposes. This module creates the list with a column called "Total Time". In it one can observe creation until the call is closed.

Installation
bin/otrs.Console.pl Admin::Package::Install /path/to/InBox\ TotalTimeReport-6.0.4opm
Configuration
This module does not require any additional configuration.
Usage
Create the Report
To create the report, go to: Statistics > in the top menu
When loading the page, click "Add" in the left corner.
Then click "Pivot List".
Register the required fields under "General Specification" and select the option "TotalTimeTicketList" under "Object Type".
Click "Save" at the bottom of the page.
When you're done, you can see a pre-visulization of the statism. Make desirable changes and click "Save and End". In this table you can see the "Total Time" column with the creation time until the call is closed.
the time consumed now column tras the amount of time consumed from the sla so far the remainning escalation time column is the time that is left until the lineup
View report
To look at the report, go back to > Reports in the top menu.
When loading the page, look for the desired report and click on its "STAT#" if you want back in the preview and make new changes.
Click export to get your report.
